Yes!  That's the book for me!

I stand alone on the Word of God,

The B-I-B-L-E !

Bible!

And Presbyterians are people of the book -- and want our children to know the wonderful stories of our faith that are contained in the precious 66 books of the Bible.  Each year, all third graders are presented with their very own Bible as a gift from their faith family at PCPC.

We do this at third grade because this generally the time in which children move from learning to read to reading to learn.  And so all third graders and their parent(s) or guardian(s) are invited to attend the Third Grade Bible Workshop held on two Sundays in  October.  Class time is 11:00-1:00 pm with lunch included. Bibles are presented by the parents in worship on the Sunday after the 2nd session.

We will investigate the Bibles together learning how to read the Bible references, use the learning tools, and discover the great stories of Jesus.
