All women of the church are invited to begin a new in depth study on prayer starting Tuesday October 3rd. This class will meet every Tuesday until December 12th. Our study will lead us down the path of how to understand the true meaning behind the Lord's Prayer. The book we have chosen will show us how authentic prayer will lead us away from the self interest of the prevailing culture of greed and move us toward the compassion, sacrifice and love that are the hallmarks of the kingdom of God.
Praying Like Jesus, The Lord's Prayer in a Culture of Prosperity by James Mulholland will be used.
